Theresa has been nominated for the HAPAwards.
The HAPAwards honour honour American and African community leaders, international political figures, dignitaries, celebrities and stars who are pioneers in motion pictures, arts, music and comedy. Theresa was nominated for the ‘Best Actress in an Independent Film (African)’ award for her role in Loving Daniella.
The award ceremony will hold in Los Angeles on Sunday, 3rd November, 2019.

Last night, at the Las Vegas Black Film Festival, which held in Las Vegas, Nevada, Theresa Edem-Isemin won the highly acclaimed award for Best Actress in a Feature film. She won this award for her role as Daniella in the soon-to-be-released film, Loving Daniella.
Loving Daniella tells the story of a young woman with psychological issues and her quest to find true love. It is set in Lagos and in Antigua and features several big names. It is set to hit the cinemas in 2018.
The Las Vegas Black Film Festival is a film festival that celebrates black actors, directors and producers. It holds annually.

Theresa Edem-Isemin has been nominated for another award for her role as Prince Ama in the movie, Ayamma. She has been nominated for the award of Best Supporting Actress by the Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA). This is the second nomination Theresa has received for her role (Prince Ama) in Ayamma, following her nomination by the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).

Theresa Edem has received a ‘Best Actress in a Supporting Role‘ nomination for her role in Ayamma from the prestigious African Movie Academy Awards, also known as the AMAAs. The African Movie Academy Awards is an annual event held to honour excellence in the African film industry, and it runs through the African Film Academy.
Ayamma was released in cinemas on the 23rd of December, 2016. Theresa played the role of Princess Ama, the antagonist in the story.
Theresa Edem-Isemin has got her first award nomination, and it’s from the (Zulu) African Film Academy Awards. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Darasen Richards Feature Film, “Betrayal”. “Betrayal” went to garner three more nominations including, Best Director (Darasen Richards), Best Cinematographer (Darasen Richards) and Best Supporting Actor(Wale Ojo).
The awards ceremony will hold on Saturday 26th of November, 2016, here in Lagos.
